CENTER TO CUFF
(or SHIRT SLEEVE LENGTH)
The Center to Cuff measurement is used for shirt sleeve length and is taken from the back and center of the neck to the elbow then to the wrist.
Standing in a 'saluting' position and following the arm with the tape measure will help eliminate errors. This position ensures the true center to cuff length.
This measurement should be close to your typical dress shirt size. If the tag of your dress shirt reads "16 x 34/35", your Center to Cuff measurement should be near 34-35 inches.
