This measurement needs another person to assist. To take this measurement, hold the top of the measuring tape parallel to the waist (or the navel) and then extend the measuring tape straight down the leg until you reach mid-knee cap. This is your kilt length.
Please note: kilt lengths for women can vary and can be either above or below the knee based on preference.
